Elderberry Syrup Kit
All you need is water and local honey to make a delicious batch of elderberry syrup from All Good Things. Pour the contents of the packet into a saucepan, cover with three cups of water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Strain out the liquid when done and add one cup of honey. Then pour into a jar, use as needed, and store in the refrigerator for up 2-3 months. This kit makes 1 batch of syrup and contains elderberries, cinnamon chips, and ground ginger. The elderberries used to make this kit were harvested and dried at our farm. The cinnamon and ginger were from a certified organic source.
